ICSO as deterministic, biophysical model for representation generates a Gestalt probability in DGW of basic, Quantum Mechanical working system states. Self-organization and Hypercomputation of Zeta functions, Fuzzy sets and Dirac delta, Casimir effect, Planck constants, de Broglie Equation and Shannon entropy are developed in real-time for modal computation in DGWE. The Probability of Origin Point in the QTM is the generator for the proposed point of attraction in R [6] per Heisenberg's Uncertainty Principle where (sx sp>/h/2).
